Cheetah Piss lab report
What jumps out in Cheetah Piss is the terpene count: β-caryophyllene was first in 92% of terpene panels, while 41% met or exceeded the 20% total THC line.1
Key findings
- Terpene tests put β-caryophyllene first in 92% of cases, with limonene and β-myrcene far behind at 3.5% and 3.5%.1
- Cheetah Piss was a minority-at-20% strain in the flower file: 41% met or exceeded 20%, and 6.7% met or exceeded 25%.1
- State splits are sharp at 20%: 69% in Maryland versus 23% in Nevada.1
- The high-THC third of paired tests had 1.92% total terpenes versus 1.29% in the low-THC third, a gap of 0.63 points.1
- 18.82% median total THC puts Cheetah Piss at 42nd of 52, bracketed by Purple Urkle and Forum Cookies.1
- Menus placed Cheetah Piss at 28th of 58 tracked strains, with 188 store listings for its flower across 18 markets.2
Is Cheetah Piss stronger in Maryland than elsewhere?
Yes: among the 3 states with enough Cheetah Piss tests, Maryland was strongest, while the full flower file had 41% of 298 tests at or above 20% total THC, 6.7% at or above 25% and 2.0% at or above 30%.1
The state split is wide: Maryland had a 69% 20%-or-higher share across 70 tests (median 20.70%), while Nevada recorded 23% across 129 tests (median 17.05%).1 That distance is a market signal too: who grew the sampled flower, which lab handled it and local testing rules all matter, not Cheetah Piss by itself.

Are Cheetah Piss THC claims too high?
Yes: 4 of 4 single-number THC claims we checked sit above the 18.82% lab median for Cheetah Piss; the top value, Leafly's 25%, was met or exceeded in 6.7% of tests, about 1 in 15.1,3
The low end was AllBud at 20%; even that line was reached by 41% of tests, about 4 in 10.1,4 Zero published THC ranges were in the set, so the comparison here is limited to single-number claims.1 None of these figures describes a particular jar; only that batch's certificate of analysis does.

Is Cheetah Piss a β-caryophyllene-dominant strain?
Yes: Cheetah Piss is strongly β-caryophyllene-led in this dataset, with β-caryophyllene ranking first in 92% of 142 terpene-panel tests; limonene led 3.5% and β-myrcene led 3.5%.1
The published terpene call also lines up: Leafly names caryophyllene as dominant, and β-caryophyllene led 92% of the lab tests.1,3 129 of those terpene-panel tests came from Nevada, so the percentages mostly describe Nevada flower rather than every market where Cheetah Piss was tested.1
| Terpene | Tests where it led | Share of tests |
|---|---|---|
| β-caryophyllene | 130 | 92% |
| Limonene | 5 | 3.5% |
| β-myrcene | 5 | 3.5% |
| α-pinene | 2 | 1.4% |

Is Cheetah Piss similar to Grease Monkey?
Yes: Cheetah Piss is very close to Grease Monkey by median-terpene overlap, scoring 95%; the next nearest profiles are Girl Scout Cookies (92%) and Gelato (91%), while Durban Poison is farthest among 36 strains at 38%.1
Those closest matches all have β-caryophyllene as their lead terpene, while Durban Poison is led by terpinolene.1 For the match score, we take each strain's median levels for eight terpenes, convert them into shares of the sum, and add the portion shared by the two profiles; identical mixes score 100.1 The comparison pool requires at least 30 tests with separate terpene readings.1 It is a chemistry-only comparison and does not forecast how Cheetah Piss feels.
| Strain | Overlap | Lead terpene (by median) | Tests with terpenes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grease Monkey | 95% | β-caryophyllene | 55 |
| Girl Scout Cookies | 92% | β-caryophyllene | 158 |
| Gelato | 91% | β-caryophyllene | 371 |
| Gushers | 89% | β-caryophyllene | 74 |
| Animal Face | 86% | β-caryophyllene | 157 |
| Durban Poison (least similar) | 38% | Terpinolene | 236 |

Is Cheetah Piss below average for THC?
Among qualifying strains, Cheetah Piss sits in the lower part of the THC comparison, ranking 42nd of 52 by median total THC at 18.82%, just under Purple Urkle (19.00%) and just over Forum Cookies (18.75%).1 At the 25% cutoff, its 6.7% share ranks 39th.1
Between the 16.59% and 21.36% quartiles, Cheetah Piss covers 4.77 points; that is 19th of 52 by narrowness among qualifying strains, an average consistency result.1
| Rank | Strain | Median THC | Middle half | Tests |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40th | Papaya Punch | 19.00% | 15.30%–24.73% | 92 |
| 41st | Purple Urkle | 19.00% | 15.98%–22.42% | 35 |

How far apart are Cheetah Piss lab THC results?
Without holding growers and states constant, the lab-to-lab span for Cheetah Piss is 4.92 points: among the 3 labs with at least 20 results, medians run from 15.84% at Lab C (Nevada, 58 tests) to 20.76% at Lab A (Maryland, 69 tests).1
Because each lab's sample mix comes from different growers, 4.92 points is not evidence that any lab inflates THC; it is a label-number range tied to both cultivation and testing.1 Lab labels are masked on this page, Lab A has the largest Cheetah Piss count, and the downloadable file gives the real lab names.1
| Lab | State | Tests | Median THC | Share at 20% or more |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lab A | Maryland | 69 | 20.76% | 70% |
| Lab B | Nevada | 59 | 18.16% | 34% |
| Lab C | Nevada | 58 | 15.84% | 5.2% |

Is higher-THC Cheetah Piss also higher in terpenes?
Yes: higher-THC Cheetah Piss also carried higher total terpenes in 211 paired results; the high-THC third (20.58% or above) had a 1.92% median, compared with 1.29% for the low-THC third (16.97% or below), a difference of 0.63 points.1
The upward pattern appeared in 2 of 2 states with enough paired results: Nevada up and Maryland up; within Nevada, the median moved from 1.14% in the low-THC third to 1.39% in the high-THC third.1 Total terpene percentage is weight from aroma compounds, not an effects measure.
| Tests from | Tests | Lowest-THC third | Highest-THC third |
|---|---|---|---|
| All states | 211 | 1.29% | 1.92% |
| Nevada | 129 | 1.14% | 1.39% |
| Maryland | 69 | 1.78% | 2.06% |

We leave out years with fewer than 20 tests before making this comparison.1

Are Cheetah Piss pre-rolls common in lab data?
No: pre-rolls were a small slice of exact-name Cheetah Piss lab entries at 4.1% of 392 results (16), while flower accounted for 85% (333) and other exact-name forms included shake and trim at 4.8% and concentrates at 3.8%.1 This site's strain calculations use flower only.
Longer labels containing Cheetah Piss accounted for 80 excluded results, or 17% of all name-containing records; “Costa Mesa: Cheetah Piss - Potency” (5), “Cheetah Piss x Lemonade” (5) and “Forbidden Cheetah Piss Strain” (5) were the largest variants.1 Because extra terms or cross notation may identify different material, those records stay outside the dataset under our matching method.

What this data cannot tell you
- Tests in this page cover Cheetah Piss flower sampled in 7 states from 2020 through 2024; for any specific jar, rely on that batch's certificate of analysis instead.1
- Everything here is a chemistry measurement, not evidence of how Cheetah Piss will feel to any individual.
