Growing Cheetah Piss: flowering time, yield and breeder specs
Cheetah Piss flowers in about 8–9 weeks, according to Leafly and SeedFinder, on short-to-medium plants with tight internodes and broad leaves. Leafly rates it hard to grow with a medium yield, and the original Cookies cut is scarce: SeedFinder says Cookies rarely makes its strains available to home growers.1,2

Seed-company figures are the sellers’ own claims, and their seeds are not the Cookies original. Weedmaps says Cheetah Piss is unavailable as seeds or clones.6
What the plant is like
Expect a compact plant: SeedFinder describes short plants with tight internodal spacing and broad leaves, and dense, bright green flowers with a frosty layer of trichomes, orange pistils and, depending on how it is grown, a very slight purple hue.2 AllBud describes bright neon-green buds with yellow-orange hairs and golden amber trichomes; Westword’s reviewer saw dense, forest-green buds with dark-purple spots under a thick coat of white trichomes.7,8
What to watch for
Difficulty is disputed, partly because different versions carry the name. Leafly rates Cheetah Piss hard to grow and SeedFinder somewhat difficult, while Zamnesia calls its autoflower easy.1,2,3 Sourcing is the other question: Weedmaps says the strain is unavailable as seeds or clones, SeedFinder says clones and seeds are sold but may not descend from the Cookies original, and Premium Cultivars’ seeds name Gelato 45 rather than Gelato 42 as a parent.2,5,6
Seeds and the law in the US
Under the amended federal definition of hemp, viable seeds from cannabis plants above 0.3% total THC, including THCA, are not hemp.9 Congress delayed that exclusion, with most of the new definition, from Nov 12 to Dec 11, 2026; only the exclusion of products with cannabinoids the plant cannot produce naturally starts on Nov 12.10 Home cultivation rules are set by each state.
